These are adjustable arms that attach to your rack, allowing you to perform a wide range of additional exercises , with maximum safety and precision. Thanks to their versatility, you will not need other machines; these arms bring everything into your rack, transforming it into a unique and complete training station , ideal for working on strength, resistance and muscle hypertrophy. They are made entirely of 75x75x3mm steel , the same material used in the construction of our Power Racks. This choice is not accidental; the use of high-strength steel guarantees extraordinary solidity, capable of supporting even the most extreme loads without compromise. Thanks to the starting position lock , due to the presence of the stainless steel pin , it is possible to set the Power Arms at a certain height and perform pulling or pushing exercises using the multi-grips (dips on parallel bars or rows). The power arms can also be transformed into a belt squat machine by simply turning the multi-grips and anchoring a belt in the eyelet at the base of the same.

Compatibility

Power Arms are compatible with all products in the Pro range:

- Pro Power Rack, with installation only on the front poles.

- Pro Half Rack, with structure anchored to the ground.

- Pro Foldable Rack, making sure you have anchored the rack securely to the wall.

Maybe you didn't know that

The Power Arms allow you to place barbell racks on them, without having to remove them if you want to use the rack pole.

The Power Arms are droppable onto the Safety Arms, which feature a rubber support on the end of the structure, to avoid damaging the arms.
