We use a three-layer coating to ensure long-lasting surface durability. Testing machines verify that the paint is applied correctly, guaranteeing a strong and durable finish.

Stainless steel bushings, which are more resistant than cast-iron bushings, create a shock-absorbing effect that reduces noise when the barbell is dropped.

Automatic knurling machines ensure a uniform and high-quality knurl pattern.

We use 40Cr and 42CrMo steel, which are stronger than standard A3 steel, providing higher tensile strength (kpsi).

Each bar undergoes double heat treatment to prevent deformation and ensure maximum load-bearing capacity.
