Each piece goes through three phases:
- Auction production
- Sleeve production

1. Durable Coated Surface
• We use a 3-layer coating to ensure a long-lasting surface.
• Testing machines ensure the paint will not peel, ensuring a durable, long-lasting coating.
2. Stainless Steel Bearings
• NK stainless steel bearings, more durable than HK cast iron bearings.
• They offer smooth and consistent rotation, with greater durability.
• They create a shock absorbing effect that reduces noise if the barbell falls.
3. Uniform Knurling
• Automatic knurling machines ensure uniform, high-quality knurling.
4. Always Straight Barbell
• Materials : We use 40Cr and 42CrMo steel, which is stronger than normal A3 steel, to ensure higher strength (kpsi).
• Heat treatment : Done twice to avoid deformation and ensure load-bearing capacity.
• Accuracy : Maximum deviation of 60s compared to 100s or more of competitors.
