Right of withdrawal

Just in Time Srls grants the Purchaser the right of withdrawal, which may be exercised without penalty and without the need to provide any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the goods are received.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written notice to the email address info@ironsidearmour.com, specifying the order number and the products to be returned. The notice may also be submitted by certified email (PEC), registered letter, contact form, or through the guided procedure available on the website.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

-Product Condition
The product must be returned intact and in its original factory condition, including the original packaging and all its components, accessories, documentation, and internal packaging materials. Any irregularities or damage found on the returned product may result in the refusal or reduction of the refund, as applicable under the law.

-Return cost
In accordance with applicable law, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer. The refund will exclude the shipping costs incurred for the original delivery, as well as any additional costs relating to ancillary services requested by the Customer (e.g. scheduled delivery or handling services).

-Return procedure
The Customer must ensure that the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transport and must arrange for shipment within 14 days of notifying the Seller of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed complied with if the goods are handed over to the carrier within the prescribed period. The duly completed return form must be enclosed inside the package.

-Responsibility for the goods
The goods remain entirely at the Customer’s risk and responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. Once the goods have been received and their condition has been verified, Just in Time Srls will process the refund within the time limits established by applicable law.

Limitations to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers, meaning natural persons who purchase products for purposes unrelated to their professional, business, commercial, or entrepreneurial activities.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by persons acting in the course of their professional or commercial activities (B2B customers), including companies, professionals, self-employed persons, or holders of a VAT number, as such persons do not fall within the definition of “consumer” under applicable law.

In the event of any return authorised by the Seller, the product must be returned intact, complete with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging or in suitable packaging adequate for transport, and in the same condition in which it was received.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a reduction to the refund, where the returned product shows damage, missing parts or accessories, signs of use exceeding what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, or otherwise fails to comply with the agreed return conditions.

The professional Customer’s right to report any non-conformity, defect, or fault affecting the products supplied and to request any remedies available under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the applicable warranty, and applicable law remains unaffected. The replacement of components, repair, or any partial refunds agreed between the parties shall constitute remedies for the specific issue identified and shall not automatically entitle the Customer to cancel the entire order or project.

Pursuant to Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
