Delivery
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification and attempt delivery again over the following two days. If delivery is unsuccessful after these additional attempts, the goods will be held at the carrier’s local depot and placed in storage, subject to an additional storage fee of €30.00 + VAT.
If the goods are not collected or delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the Customer will also be charged for all costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller’s warehouse, as well as any additional handling and management costs.
To avoid delivery issues, we recommend leaving a note before completing your order indicating whether the goods may be delivered to a neighbour or family member in your absence.
Important: Before signing for delivery, please check the condition of the packages. If you notice any visible damage or have any doubts about the condition of the shipment, please accept the delivery “subject to inspection” and clearly indicate any damage on the delivery document. This is necessary to preserve the right to request a refund or replacement in the event of transport-related damage.
After delivery, you have 7 days to inspect the products and report any issues, such as missing or non-conforming items.
Delivery times
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from receipt of payment.
Average delivery times are:
- Italy: 2–4 business days
- Central Europe: 4–7 business days
- Northern Europe: 7–10 business days
- Islands: 7–10 business days
- Extra-EU Zone 1: 2–4 business days
- Extra-EU Zone 2: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and are not binding. In the event of force majeure, Just in Time Srls shall not be held responsible for any delays.
Once the goods leave our warehouse, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
If some Products are not immediately available, our Customer Service team will contact the Customer to discuss alternative solutions or delayed delivery options.
Products are shipped using carriers selected by the Seller based on the type of goods and the destination.
Additional paid services
Any additional services beyond the standard delivery service, including, by way of example, additional deliveries, handling, installation, assembly, technical assistance or other ancillary services, must be requested by the Customer at least 7 (seven) business days before the scheduled service date. The Seller reserves the right to verify the feasibility of the requested service based on the availability of personnel, equipment and logistical resources. Any costs relating to additional services will be communicated to the Customer and must be approved prior to the execution of the service.
Shipping insurance
All goods are shipped with insurance coverage. Just in Time Srls shall not be held responsible for any damage, deterioration or delays occurring during transportation. The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods upon delivery and reporting any issues directly to the carrier. In the event of damage or suspected damage, the Customer must accept the delivery “subject to inspection” and record the relevant reservation on the delivery document.
