The main difference between men's and women's barbells is size, weight, and specifications, designed to suit different usage needs.

Length : Men's barbells are generally longer, 2200 mm, while women's are shorter, 2000 mm.

Our barbells are designed to be compatible with all standard plates with 2 inch (50 mm) diameter center holes.

This barbell is designed to last for many years with relatively minimal maintenance. Simply apply our spray-on deoxidizing lubricant every 2-4 weeks. This lubricant has excellent water-repellent properties, helping to repel moisture from treated surfaces and provide long-lasting protection.

To clean dirt or chalk from the knurling, you can use a common soft-bristled brush and then apply our lubricant.
