Why use cardio equipment?
During a cardiovascular workout, you engage large muscle groups in continuous motion; your heart rate increases, and your heart and lungs learn to deliver oxygen more efficiently. The result is twofold: you burn calories at a sustained pace and improve endurance, breathing, and recovery. BIKES
The lower body works in synergy with the arms and shoulders: perfect for HIIT or steady-state sessions. The display tracks watts, distance, and calories so you can target time, power, or burn goals.
ROWERS
A complete movement that combines leg push and arm pull, also activating the core and back muscles. Our models are divided into two parts and can be wall-mounted, ideal if space is at a premium.
AIRSKI TRAINERS
Replicates the trajectories of cross-country skiing: lats, triceps, shoulders, and core work together in a kinetic chain. Excellent for those who want upper-body conditioning without impacting the hips and knees.
CARPETS
Motorized Version – Equipped with a silent internal motor and a wide range of programmable speeds, it is ideal for those who prefer to manage the pace and incline via the console, while still maintaining the cushioned footrest that protects the knees and ankles.
Self-powered curved version – No motor: pushing with your foot sets the belt in motion. The gait is natural, the impact on joints is reduced thanks to the cushioned footbed, and the metabolic effort is even greater than that of an electric treadmill.
