The frame is constructed entirely of steel with 75x75 mm thick tubular steel, guaranteeing strength and durability. The epoxy powder coating (baked enamel) ensures a long-lasting finish, and the 8 mm galvanized steel connecting plates combine with hot-dip galvanized M12 bolts and self-locking nuts , offering maximum safety and stability during every workout.

The choice of raw materials is crucial to ensuring the strength, durability, and safety of our Pro Hal Rack. A product made with high-quality materials not only better withstands daily wear and tear, but also offers superior performance and greater reliability over time.
All uprights are made from 3mm thick 75x75mm heavy duty steel and include 21mm holes spaced 50mm apart.
All screws and bolts used on our products are high strength zinc plated, made of 1.7cm and 2.5cm steel.
Our rack includes a 32mm diameter pull up bar with 24cm end plates, coated in an ultra-durable black powder coat finish.
Also included are two adjustable barbell hooks, so you can rest the barbell at any height you want.
