With this fantastic Smith Machine You can make the most of the potential of your Pro Power Rack to perform exercises such as slow rear press, slow forward press, flat bench press, incline bench press, Bulgarian squat, lunges, calf raises and many more, in complete safety.

The structure is made of only high quality steel; the body is in fire-painted steel for exceptional durability, all the bolts are galvanized with anti-unscrewing nuts in the most stressed points, and the sliding rods are in 25mm stainless steel equipped with recirculating ball guides for maximum smoothness of operation.

The Smith Machine is also equipped with 12 safety pins with a diameter of 25mm, useful for always finding the optimal attachment position; these also allow you to select the correct starting position, the closing position by rotating the handle, and the height-adjustable safety pin.

The handle of the bar is 30 mm , equipped with knurling at the ends and smooth in the central section for superior comfort during use. The Smith Machine is also approved for professional use as the sliding mechanism does not include plastic parts subject to wear.

Note : When installing the Smith Machine on the rack, you will not be able to use the Safety Bars, Safety Straps and Safety Pins. To do so, you would need to install the additional rear module.
