The Adjustable Bench 3.0 Pro Series by Ironside Armour is the evolution of versions 1.0 and 2.0, retaining all the qualities that made it so loved and unique. It features a robust 3 mm tubular structure, 10 inclination positions (from -8° to 90°), and infinite adjustments to accommodate different types of workouts and body types.
The new feature of the V3 is the additional rear pad, which can be folded into 5 different positions, allowing a wide range of exercises and posture variations, all on a single bench. With this addition, the bench becomes even more versatile, ideal for both dumbbell and barbell exercises, and perfect for those looking to maximize space and training options.
