The Adjustable Bench 3.0 Pro Series by Ironside Armour is the evolution of versions 1.0 and 2.0, retaining all the qualities that made it so loved and unique. It features a robust 3 mm tubular structure, 10 inclination positions (from -8° to 90°), and infinite adjustments to accommodate different types of workouts and body types.
The new feature of the V3 is the additional rear pad, which can be folded into 6 different positions, allowing a wide range of exercises and posture variations, all on a single bench. With this addition, the bench becomes even more versatile, ideal for both dumbbell and barbell exercises, and perfect for those looking to maximize space and training options.
Three seat adjustment positions , which allow you to customize the configuration according to the type of exercise, improving performance and comfort.
Improved quality of adjustments thanks to a clear numbering system that indicates the degrees of inclination for a clearer and more precise adjustment. Minimum separation of 1 cm between the seat cushion and the backrest, ensuring a comfortable and aligned position for the movements of the arms and chest.

Sturdy construction with 3mm steel tubes that will allow you to load weight without limits.
Ten possible incline levels, from -8° to 90°, allowing you to perform a myriad of different exercises. Upper pad adjustable to six different positions, designed to support you best and help you get the most out of other types of exercises as well.
It can also be stored vertically, without the need for an additional bracket, thanks to the rear rubber pads.
