It was designed with a very sturdy frame based on 3mm tubing, allowing you to load a lot of weight without worrying about stability. It's also highly versatile thanks to its infinite adjustments, giving athletes the flexibility they need for different workout types and body types. Excellent for both dumbbell and barbell workouts, it offers up to 7 incline positions , ranging from a flat bench at 0° to a 90° angle.
