This machine allows you to perform one of the most effective workouts for building endurance and strength in both upper and lower body, faithfully replicating the movement of Nordic skiing.
The Aero Ski Pro is an unilateral training machine and features a 10 level resistance regulator, allowing precise adjustment of workout intensity, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.
The ergonomic handles replicate the grip of Nordic ski poles, enabling natural upper-body movement. This is combined with rhythmic leg flexion, supporting the user’s progression from warm-up to post-workout cool-down. The solid frame and smooth guides ensure fluidity and precision in every movement, minimizing friction and providing comfort even during the most intense sessions.
The machine is equipped with a 10 x 8 cm backlit LCD display with 6 levels of adjustable brightness, providing complete real-time feedback on all training parameters. You can monitor:

The frame, with its distinctive “Y” shape, rests on a wide wooden platform, making the machine self-supporting, stable, and safe during every movement.
