- Cable Column Attachment, on the other hand, is meant to be mounted directly onto a power rack, expanding its functionality without the need for a separate base. It’s the perfect choice for optimizing space in a home gym or more compact setup.

The choice between Cable Column and Lat Machine Attachment depends mainly on your specific needs.
The Lat Machine Attachment is designed exclusively to be an integrated Lat Machine and perform specific exercises such as the lat pulldown and row, so it is perfect if your main goal is this type of training, and the weight ratio is 1:1.
The Cable Column , on the other hand, offers greater versatility, allowing you to perform a wide range of different exercises, such as push downs, bicep curls, chest presses, flyes and many others; if necessary, you can also use it as a Lat Machine , by purchasing the Foot Pedals, Lat Seat set separately, but the weight ratio is 2:1.
