Our most versatile plate, the 15KG Fitness Grip Plate, known for its innovative multi-grip design that makes it extremely functional and adaptable, excellent for training in all types of gyms. Furthermore, having a loading hole with diameter 50mm can be used on all types of Olympic barbells.
Fitness Grip Plates are designed from a solid cast iron base , coated with a thick layer of high quality rubber that provides wear resistance and protection for surfaces during use. In the center, a stainless steel ring ensures greater durability and makes loading onto barbells easier.
The slim design makes them easy to grip and handle, while the practical handles offer versatility that goes beyond simple weight lifting.
