The Ironside Armour Elite GHD Bench is the direct evolution of our acclaimed Pro model, enhanced in every detail to deliver superior performance, increased structural integrity, and even more precise adjustability. It is the ideal solution for those who want to effectively train their glutes and safely strengthen the lower back like true professionals.
The main frame is made of 75×75×3 mm square steel tubing, built to commercial-grade standards for maximum safety and durability. This type of steel is more resistant to corrosion and wear than standard steel, ensuring greater stability even under frequent vibration and heavy use.
The rear foot support is built from 304 stainless steel with an electrolytic surface finish, while the double hollowed footplates offer excellent anti-slip grip and strong traction, ensuring body balance at every stage of the movement.
The 95 mm thick cushion provides improved comfort and reliable support during heavy lifts. The carriage adjustment system features 17 angle positions spaced at 20 mm, sliding smoothly along 2 rods with cylindrical ball bearings. This ensures a fluid, precise motion and adapts easily to users of different heights, offering sufficient room for complete lower-body workouts.
A rear safety cushion prevents improper movements that could lead to injury, while the swing arm includes a wrist strap hook with 5 adjustable positions spaced at 40 mm, enhancing both training variety and safety.
The machine also includes 2 plate holders compatible with 50 mm weight plates, allowing additional resistance for advanced muscle stimulation. Each side can hold up to three 25 kg bumper plates, providing plenty of loading capacity.
