Of course, even though the Monster station is already optimally configured, you can add additional secondary accessories that we have not included, enriching its design and functionality.
It basically indicates how the user perceives the weight load at each exercise.
This configuration offers cables with 1:1 and 2:1 transmission ratios, designed to adapt to different training needs. With the 1:1 ratio, you will feel the weight significantly during heavy exercises, such as lat machines and low rows, allowing you to develop strength and muscular endurance in an optimal way. In contrast, the 2:1 ratio is ideal for isolation and concentration exercises, such as push downs and cable curls, providing a slight advantage that allows you to perform more controlled and technically precise movements.
This versatility makes the rack perfect for a wide range of exercises, from the most challenging to the most targeted, ensuring a complete and personalized workout.
This type of rack, given its large size, does not need to be fixed to the floor.
Up to 3 people at the same time, or even up to 5 if someone takes turns.
The shelves are identical to each other in terms of size and weight, what changes is the design studied to accommodate different equipment on them.
You can mix and match dumbbell racks designed to prevent slipping, flat kettlebell racks, and sectioned racks to accommodate different sized discs.
This configuration requires a minimum of two shelves (one on each side), as they serve as lower crosspieces. You can add up to six shelves in the pre-configured version (three on each side), but that doesn't mean you can't add more on your own.
There is no limit, even in this case, to the height. However, we recommend positioning the shelves around 150CM for a matter of convenience, especially if you have a mirror, so you can easily access the weights without effort and without obstacles to the view.
This is a pre-built configuration, so it is not modifiable. If you want to add some other accessories you can buy them later or look at a different configuration.

Many accessories are already available and more are in development. A rack's accessory ecosystem is one of the main reasons to choose one brand over another. When you buy an Ironside Armour rack you are investing in the company's ability to create new accessories that will enhance the functionality of your rack over time. Our engineering team is continually working on developing new accessories every year, and we believe this is one of our main points of difference.
Although this rack is maintenance-free, there are some things that are essential to ensure the safety, longevity, and proper functioning of the equipment.
Inspect the structure : Check the rack for visible damage, such as cracks or deformations in the bars, rungs or support structures. Structural damage could compromise safety.
Cleaning Dust and Dirt : Use a soft cloth or microfiber cloth to remove dust, sweat, or other debris that may accumulate on the surface of the rack.
Lubricate joints and moving mechanisms : If your rack has moving parts, such as pins or adjustable rungs, it is important to lubricate them periodically. Use our lightweight, oil-based multipurpose lubricant to prevent premature wear.
Checking the fixings: especially at the beginning, check that all the screws, bolts and connections are well tightened. A loosening can compromise the safety of the rack and cause damage.
Check the anchoring and base
If the rack is anchored to the floor or wall, check to make sure the anchors are still secure and have not loosened over time. If the rack is freestanding, make sure it does not move or shift during use.
