The height-adjustable Pull-Up Bars allow the structure to be adapted to any athlete and training methodology, with regular increments between one position and the next, allowing for multiple positions on the front and further adjustments along the depth of the structure.
This allows for the creation of versatile stations , suitable for both technical work and group training.

The barbell racks offer precise adjustment to allow for precise and repeatable setup for athletes of all heights.
The push-fit accessories use large diameter structural pins , designed to withstand high stresses and ensure a reliable seal even in the most extreme conditions of use.

The Ironside Armour RIG system is completely modular, allowing you to customize the structure:
- in height based on the size of the mountains
- in width based on the size of the Pull-Up bars
- combining different modules to create further configurations
- by adding optional accessories such as Barbell Hooks, Safety Arms, Rings, Bars and more.
